These 18 wonderfully spacious FAMILY DELUXE SUITES take your holiday experience to the next level, with approx. 50 m² of space at your disposal. Our signature suite is located on the top floor of the main building and features a large, open-plan living area with a view of the pool and the surrounding woods. The large windows let in plenty of natural light while also creating a spectacular continuum with the unspoilt landscape of the Ridnaun Valley. Child discounts a 3rd or 4rth person in a room or apartment:
- from 0 to 2.99 years: free
- from 3 to 5.99 years: 50% discount
- from 6 to 9.99 years: 40% discount
- from 10 to 15.99 years: 30% discount
- from 16 years: 20% discount
• The prices for our fullboard are meant for a minimum stay of 5 days.
• For a shorter stay a 10% extra charge will be applied.
• In case of short stays during the weekend or the holidays (Fri-Sat, Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun) or before holidays during the week a20 % extra-charge will be applied.

• The full board price includes the use of our SPA and fitness area..
• Rooms will be ready by 14.00 hours. Please leave the rooms at your departure by 10.00 hours. Please let us know if your arrival shall be after 19.00 hours.
• You may use the SPA on your departure day with a 10,00 € extra charge.

The cancellation needs to be done exclusively per e-mail or fax. The cancellation costs are to be determined depending on the lacking days before your arrival.
-Up to 60 days before the arrival: no extra charges.
- from 59 to 29 days before the arrival: 25% extra charge
- from 28 to 22 days before the arrival: 30% extra charge
- from 21 to 15 days before the arrival: 35% extra charge
- from 14 to 8 days before the arrival: 50% extra charge
- from 7 to 1 days before the arrival: 65% extra charge
-The very day of the arrival or in case of no show: 80% extra charge
For our guest there is a cheap price guarantee against the cancellation. For only 2,50 € per person/night this insurance will cover any cancellation for any reason 24 hours before arrival.
