Schneeberg Adventures with Anton the Snow Hare

Hello I’m Anton the snow hare, and I’m getting so excited about all the adventures we’re going to enjoy together. Can I tell you a little bit about my life before we set off? It’s every bit as exciting…

You know, I used to live high up on the Schneeberg Mountain, a long, long walk from Ridnaun. My ancestors mined precious silver and other treasures from the mountains there. It was too cold for me though, and even more boring than it was cold. I wanted so badly to find friends to play with that I just couldn’t stand it any longer, and I headed off on my way. And that’s how I ended up at the HOTEL SCHNEEBERG in Ridnaun! I was a little suspicious of the name at first – Schneeberg – the place I had come from, and never wanted to return to. But the closer I got to the hotel, the more I thought to myself: I like it here! I want to live here! At the HOTEL SCHNEEBERG I’ve met families from all over the world who have come here on holiday, and I’ve made so many friends. And the best thing of all? We have so much fun together! We play and run around in the enormous adventure park, we jump back flips on the trampoline, we zoom down the water slides in the Bergiland Acquapark, we splash around in the swimming pool and sail across the lake on a pedal boat, we paint and make things in the Mini-club – and we never even notice how quickly time flies by.
And when I’m tired, I lie down in my cosy room and have a wonderful rest. But to be honest, I don’t really have much time to lie around - there are so many places to explore and things to discover around here. Come with me! Fabulous adventures are in store for us at the HOTEL SCHNEEBERG. Be quick – I can’t wait to see you!

The Mini-club is sooooo cool!

You can make friends here, play, paint, draw, run around – and I’ll be there too. I’m getting excited already, and can hardly wait to meet you.

Splish splash! You can dive deeper than me, did you say?

And you can swim faster too? But you won’t be able to beat me on the water slide! Want to bet on it? Come and meet me at the Bergiland Acquapark and we’ll find out!

Mmmmmm, that’s good!

Do you like yours chocolatey, or are you more of a strawberry and vanilla kind of person? Pistachio, perhaps? I’ll let you in on a little secret: My favourite is lemon. It’s as white as my fur, and I can’t get enough of it!

Left two, three, four…

Today we’re going to head out in the fresh air! And who knows, maybe we’ll meet a shy roe deer or a whistling marmot along the way. I haven’t seen another snow hare yet, though...

Fancy a little race?

OK then – onto the tracks and off we go! But I have to warn you: Snow hares are incredibly good cross-country skiers. You are too? If we run out of breath, we’ll stop and make a snowman – or even a snow hare.

A boat trip is a wobbly business

It’s not east to keep your balance. Look, there’s a fish darting past! Is he looking at us? Don’t worry, he doesn’t bite!

Sliding, climbing, building sandcastles.

Running around the tepee yelling Indian war whoops, jumping on the trampoline until our heads spin, watching the cuddly bunnies as they snuggle up together, stroking a pony… Play park, we’re on our way!
