SPA etiquette in Hotel Schneeberg

Opening times
Our SPA is opened every day from 9.00 to 19.00. This area is meant as a calm oasis, therefore we ask our guests to contribute to a serene atmosphere by avoiding to use mobile phones or cameras. In the SPA area it is not allowed to smoke.

Booking

Delay and cancellation
Please understand that arriving late to an appointment may cause, to respect the next client, a shorter treatment, paying the full price.
We beg our guests to cancel the appointments at least 24h before the beginning of the treatment. In case of last minute changes or cancellation the treatment will be charged with full price.

Enjoy your treatment in a calm atmosphere
Take some time for yourselves, before going to the appointment. Spend some time in the swimming pool, or in the sauna, it will prepare your body and soul to the treatment. To fully enjoy it, we would like to suggest to come to the SPA at least 10 min earlier.

SPA clothing etiquette
Please enter the SPA wearing bathrobe and slides. We would like to advice to leave the valuable objects in the room safe.

Health problems
Please indicate at the reservation possible health problems, in order to avoid non-suitable treatments.
